New Blue Birthday Papers by Toucan Scraps for this week's challenge at Designed2Delight.

Hello everyone,

Here is another card I made for the Designed2Delight challenge, this is the image from the first week in July.  Their shop can be found here. Hope you like it. It uses their free image. The papers are some lovely new ones from Toucan Scraps, her Blue Birthday papers. You can find her shops @ 3Scrapateers, @ I Did It Creations and @ Stitchy Bear Stamps.
