Got some new digi's.

Hello everyone,

I have been crafting today, just doing things I enjoy. I have created some digis ready for coming Christmas as well as making some cards using some of my new Easel card templates. I have included one of these templates as a freebie on this post. You are in luck today, lol.

For inspiration for these images I have used 2 facts. The first is that my dad-in-law loves tennis, the second that my mum-in-law likes tigers. As I felt that penguins are just so cute for Christmas cards, I have used that as well. So, here we go.

These digis will be entered at Digital Drawing Challenges!!

Tennis Penguin

Tennis Tiger

Snow tennis

Just to give you an idea of what can be done with these digis, here are some of the cards I did today.

(using Penguin Tennis and one of my Heart Easel card sheets)

(using Snow Tennis and one of my Star Easel card sheets)

(using Tiger Tennis and another of my Star Easel card sheets)

And here is the promised freebie, one of my Star Easel card sheets. Feel free to use it for your personal use, but please do not claim it as your own. If you would like to share it with anyone, please just point people in the direction of my blog instead. Enjoy!

Instructions for use:

* Cut out all components (after printing it onto A4 good quality card obviously, lol).
* Fold the double star image along the scored lines (the unfolded star shape forms the base where it rests on).
* Layer the smaller stars onto the large (pink) star and stick them to it.
* Stick these onto the folded point of the double star.
* Add a brad or similar after perforating the little green circle on the base.
* Add one of the sentiments or one of your own.
* Add your own image of choice.
* Put it up as done with the cards above.
* Done!

Here are some more cards I created today.

This first one will be entered at  CDAC progressive freebie challenge as it uses the image below provided for this challenge, I love this image, it's just sooo cute.

All 5 cards will also entered at the Christmas Cards All Year Round challenge. (they either contain a heart brad to hold them up or have a heart in the image or are heart shaped)

Thanks for looking, all comments very welcome and much appreciated. Enjoy the rest of your weekend (I understand we are to expect some snow here in the UK this weekend)

Jo.

CRAFT Challenge 96, Inspiration Picture.

At CRAFT Challenge we have an Inspiration Picture for you. This gorgeous picture was provided to us by our lovely team mate Kevin, thank you Kevin!

Our sponsor this week is Sew Many Digital Stamps and they are offering 5 digital stamps of choice from their shop for the winner this week. I was lucky enough to play with one of their lovely and cute images 'Bear Feeling Sick'. The papers are from Toucan Scraps, her Pink 'n Green papers.

I really like how this card turned out. I just got my crochet needle out and did the border and flower to fit in with the Inspiration Picture. Hope you like it.

And here is the Inspiration Picture I mentioned.

CRAFT Challenge 77, Using Vellum

Morning all,

This week at CRAFT Challenge our challenge is to use vellum in your project. The DT have come up with some fab creations again, so go over to the blog and have a look.

Our sponsor this week is Sew Many Digital Stamps, offering another 5 of their stamps of choice for the winner. Most of the team have used one of the images. The image I've used is 'Sammy the Seal', I think it is really cute.

The vellum in my card is the bit of printed vellum shaped as a star behind and above the image.

Hope you like it, thank you for looking and all comments very welcome and much appreciated.

Have a great weekend.

Love,

Jo.

CRAFT Challenge 67, Colour Palette Ava's Slave.

Morning all,

Time for the next challenge at CRAFT Challenge this week, our last challenge with Eileen on board and what a challenge it is.
This week we are using one of Eileen aka Eiglas' lovely colour palettes. This one is named Ava's Slave and has some fabulous calm colours. She has even given us some backgrounds to work with. What a way to leave us in! We are really going to miss you Eileen, it has been fab working with you and I'm sure we'll keep in touch.

Our sponsor this week is Sew Many Digital Stamps and they are offering the winner 5 digital stamps of their choice. Most of the team have used some of their stamps and I would recommend you have a look at all the gorgeous projects the new DT members have come up with. We are very happy to have them on board and lucky as well I would think.

Here is what I made, another card done for Christmas. Hope you like it. The image is PJ Welcome Home from our sponsor. A really cute image, that I feel is ideal for a Christmas card. The papers are from Eileen.

And here is the beautiful colour palette Ava's Slave to use this week:

For more gorgeous images, why not have a look at our sponsor's shop? They have many lovely images available.
The winner this week can choose 5 of their stamps, how lucky is that?

So, get started, happy crafting! I'm looking forward to seeing what you come up with.

Love,

Jo.
